I was very tired of paying the $30.00 a month for an online program to track my clients.
An easy to use database which is written in Microsoft Access, for realtors to keep track of their buyer and seller leads, and to send those leads various form letters such as: Letter of Recommendation, Follow Up w/ Business Card, General Follow Up Letter, Market Conditions Update, New Listing In Neighborhood, Thank-You after Open House, Thank-You after Knocking on Doors, Thank-You After Sale, Thank-You After Extending Listing.

If you buy the software, I will put in up to 4 more form letters that you provide me.
They will become part of the ever growing package.
When you click on the Buy It Now !  button on the left, you will be taken to our payment site which works through Paypal using your credit card.
Your credit card billing will reflect a payment to "Kevin Rea Software Enterprises", that is our parent company that takes our payments.
You will then be sent an automatic email with the link to download the program.

Updates:
May 24, 2007 - I upgraded the program today to be able to print mailing labels from each form letter screen.  So, while you are in the screen printing the form letters, don't forget to click on the 'Print Labels' button.  I use the Avery 8160 Labels.  The sheets are 8 1/2" x 11" and are 3 labels across and 10 labels down, so 30 labels per sheet.  I am pretty sure that the program will work with any same size sheet label, just so thhey are 3 across and 10 down.  You can see the new button on the screen in the 'Screen Shots' area from the menu at the left here on the website.

Also, I added an Installation Help Button to the menu on this website....Hope it helps !!

NOTE:  If you are currently using another program, and purchase this one, send me your data, preferrably in excel format and I will transfer it into the new program.
